Pickup and local delivery options will be available at checkout where applicable.

If you require your order to be ready or delivered on a specific date or at a specific time, please email us before placing your order or as soon as possible afterwards. While we cannot guarantee all requests, we will always do our best to make it happen.

Australia-Wide Shipping

Orders requiring shipping are sent via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched and is in the care of Australia Post, delivery timeframes, delays and transit conditions are outside of our direct control.

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will assist where we reasonably can.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order, as we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
